Kayley co-founded her first fashion startup at the age of 20, where she developed an influencer program that produced 10x ROI. For the past 10 years she has worked in social media marketing & influencer partnerships. After experiencing founder burnout, she created the Self-Care Sunday podcast and currently uses her platform to share business and lifestyle content.

In 2020, Kayley founded hermana agency, a boutique influencer agency representing talent & brands, such as Girlboss and Radiant Studios. She has grown Hermana to a team of 14, and they now represent a roster of 25 talent including Becca Moore, Kristi Howard, Cozy Games, and Mackensie Mintz.

She’s also a Tiktok strategist and self-proclaimed professional fangirl. Kayley has launched the Tiktok accounts for clients like Calm and John Krasinski’s Some Good News (growing the channel to 1.3 million followers). Her content has amassed over 125 million organic views in the past year.
